Melina is a 2D artist whose talents revolve around visual storytelling. Primarily working in 2D animation, illustration, and comics, she explores ideas ranging from the whimsical and fantastic to the deeper questions of humanity and life. Using visual mediums as a voice, she creates stories as a platform to share the hidden narratives within everyday life.

Storytelling found its way into Melina’s heart during childhood. From creating characters based on jigsaw puzzle pieces to drawing characters and cutting them out to create flat paper dolls, she formed silent worlds that formed the basis of her passion for stories. As an animator and director, she continues to devote herself towards sharing stories that walk between imagination and reality.

In her spare time, Melina enjoys walking in the woods, catching Pokemon, and relaxing with her guinea pig, Piggy.
